Conveniently located just off the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95), the Bathgate Industrial Park offers 522,000 square feet of space for light industrial, distribution, office and educational uses. The clean, modern 20-acre park, which covers nine city blocks and contains nine buildings, has attracted businesses in need of customized build-to-suit or flex space within the New York City marketplace.

A joint development of the Port Authority and the City of New York through its Economic Development Corporation, the park has been a catalyst for economic growth and development in the Bronx since it opened in 1982. Employment averages 1,400 people, 80 percent of whom are local residents. Tenants range from a generic drug manufacturer to an academic and vocational training center.
