TOP U.S. Y2K OFFICIAL TO VISIT LAGUARDIA TO DISCUSS Y2K IMPACT ON AIR TRAVEL ON NEW YEAR'S EVE
The Clinton Administration's top Y2K official will hold a press conference at LaGuardia Airport at 7:15 p.m. Friday, December 31, to discuss the effects of Y2K on air travel.
The official, John Koskinen, chairman of the President's Council on Year 2000 Conversion, will arrive at the Delta Shuttle Terminal. He will greet staff at the airport and be available to speak to the media in the lobby.
