MEDIA-ONLY TOUR OF AIRTRAIN CONSTRUCTION TO BE HELD DECEMBER 10


Construction of AirTrain - the $1.5 billion light rail system that will link Kennedy Airport's passenger terminals to one another and to the city's commuter rail and subway lines - is in full swing.

And on Friday, December 10, Port Authority officials will conduct a media-only tour of the significant progress in construction to date.

Port Authority representatives will provide a briefing on the tour and the project itself, beginning at 10 A.M. on the third floor of the Port Authority Administration Building at JFK. The program is scheduled to last until shortly after noon.
