Introducing New Louisville Intermodal Service: International

CSX Transportation (CSXT) announced the start of operations at its new Louisville intermodal terminal. The Louisville facility will offer international service to and from ExpressRail.

Port Street Road Closure

Starting January 23, 2012, through Januarly 27, 2012, 7 pm to 5 am, Port Street will have the left hand lanes Eastbound and Westbound closed to and from the traffic light to and from the NJ Turnpike Bridge, for construction. Please follow directions of the Port Authority Police in the construction zone. Thank you.

Maher Terminals New Hours For Empty Transactions

Please be advised that beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2012 the Maher Empty Depot operated by Columbia and the Auxiliary Chassis Depot will be working out of their new location at 155 Marsh Street. All trucks must enter the chassis yard from the Marsh Street entrance and the Columbia empty yard on Export Street.

The new hours for receiving and delivering of empty containers at both the Empty Depot and the main terminal will be as follows:

Receive empty: 06:00 – 16:00
Deliver empty: 06:00 – 16:00

Note: New hours also apply to double moves at main terminal with empty returns and deliveries.

The hours of operation for all other moves at the main terminal i.e. Receive Export, Deliver Import will remain the same as it is today.

DELAYED - New APM Terminals Empty Gate Entrance

Due to a change in the Port Authority construction plan on Tripoli Street, APM Terminals will not shift its Empty Gate access off McLester Street. The existing entrance and associated traffic pattern will remain unchanged.

An update will be sent out, once a new date is confirmed for the transition.
