Bids and proposals are only accepted Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding Port Authority holidays.
If you are attending a bid opening, you must present a valid photographic identification to gain access into the building. Give yourself time to go through building security. It is the proposer's/bidder's responsibility to submit bids/responses by the time specified in the solicitation documents.
